Jamie Holcomb is a Los Angeles-based composer and multi-instrumentalist who has been playing music for way too long. Born in Dallas, Texas, Jamie started on guitar at the age of seven, and he quickly added trombone, euphonium, tuba, electric bass, upright bass, flute, clarinet, and finally the instrument he loves the most, the saxophone.
After graduating from Boston’s Berklee College of Music with a degree in jazz composition, Jamie moved back to Dallas to work at Breed Music, a jingle house that produces commercial music for advertisements and short films. Soon after, Jamie moved to New York City, where he composed music for plays, sketch shows, web series, and a documentary, for which he traveled to India. The music he’s heard and absorbed during these experiences has expanded his pallet of musical styles. He’s ready to play whatever you need to hear.
